Actimet™ Catalysts

BASF’s portfolio of Actimet™ catalysts are produced by dissolving the inactive components from mixed metal alloys, according to a Raney-type process. The properties of the skeletal metal catalyst are determined by the choice of metals, the leaching and washing procedures as well as the presence of promoters.
